So I just want to say wow! The service with a smile and going the extra mile here is amazing. I recently dropped in to put together some gift hampers as thank you presents but I was really short on time. I was whizzed around the shop with great ideas and then whilst they were being gift wrapped, ducked across the road to add some wine and cheese the hampers of course. I was then greeted outside with kerbside pick up as parking was difficult. All in all, just an amazing customer experience. I am locked in for all my future gift hamper needs and more. Thank you!!

It’s so hard to find a gift that can be delivered that’s not food, wine or flowers! So I was thrilled to find this gem of a shop, full of a wide variety of gifts and a next day delivery service.They sent me photos of products from different angles so I could be certain of my choice, beautifully gift wrapped, hand delivered to my friend and sent me a photo of the gift at the door.Highly recommended

The Best Gifts!

I have attended Lilly Cooper for that first time last year. I found the service very helpful, friendly and professional. I was able to buy some gifts and receiving genuine help from the owner of the store was much appreciated.

I have since returned on the event I needed another gift and I found another good gift, which was impressively gift wrapped for the occasion.

I must say, I find all the stock interesting and I find the location, parking and access quite easy.

Thank you Lilly Cooper for always have the goods for when I need to give the best gifts.

Amazing service!

Bought something for a friend in Canberra from interstate, I got a message when this was about to ship (which was a super fast turnaround too) asking if I wanted this gift wrapped and a card. Then I was sent a photo showing the beautiful card and wrapping. Awesome stuff! I have a couple of friends in Canberra so will use this shop for gifts from now on. Found them via a google search and they were mentioned in an old RiotAct piece featuring gift stores in Canberra. Thank you!
